Revolution’s founders have decades of experience helping students achieve their academic goals. But in speaking with students about their career goals we found many unnecessary barriers between job-seekers and the many positions where they could flourish.

Revolution is the result of years of thinking about the problems associated with finding the right jobs and employees. Unlike traditional live recruiting, we can connect a limitless number of employers with a limitless number of candidates. And unlike massive job boards and resume-posting sites, we go beyond the resume to capture strengths, interests, and even video interviews. We use that information to help employers and job-seekers find each other - sort of like a career match-maker.

Founded in 2007, Revolution is quickly becoming an indispensable tool for hiring managers, HR practitioners, and job seekers everywhere.

Jake Neuberg and Ramit Varma, Co-founders
Jake Neuberg and Ramit Varma founded Revolution Prep in 2002. Revolution Prep has now become the nationwide leader in school-based test preparation, with classes and tutoring in 12 states. Revolution is also quickly becoming a leader in online learning tools. As Revolution Prep's management team has developed, Jake and Ramit are able to devote more time and mindshare to building and growing Revolution Careers.

Prior to founding Revolution Prep, Jake was a Senior Product Development Manager for an Internet start-up, a teacher for Kaplan and an Investment Banker for Montgomery Securities and Trust Company of the West. Jake has a degree in Economics from The University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Prior to founding Revolution Prep, Ramit was a Manager in Systems Integration for Citibank, a strategic Consultant for Deloitte, a teacher and Master Trainer for the Princeton Review, and a Venture Capital Associate for Anthem Venture Partners. Ramit has a degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Maryland and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
